Week 4 - diving deeper into our domain

Trying to narrow down the problem we are interested in our domain.

This week started with a presentation by Yonatan and Gil about our domain, feeling of end-users we interviewed, what is quality time and what experts think about it, and most importantly.. the How might we question..

We felt that the presentation went well and that we shared our thoughts in a clear way. Now, the main thing we need to do is decide between:

a. Help Dana create quality time she shares with her family b. Help Dana optimise the quality time she shares with her family

These are two different questions that require two different solution.

So first, we tried to empathize with Dana (our customer) and understand better her thoughts and needs with questions like "what does she think and feel?" or "what does she say and do?"

After sitting down and answering all these questions, we decided that our main target is going to be option b: Optimizing quality time with family members.
